It’s Cold and Flu Season!

Yes, dear readers… it is that time of the year again. That time when colds, flu’s and sinus congestion abound.

Remember how your parents always bugged you about wearing a hat and sweater in cooler weather? They knew that – perhaps in different words – a “Wind-Cold invasion” could lead to the flu, runny or stuffy noses, body aches and fevers.
